Official warning: turns any stump into your favourite chair.

Finally, a hide that fears neither the cold nor the wet.

Cold stone and wet ground – usually a duo that ruins any seat. The PORO Sit Pad fights back on both fronts: on top, genuine reindeer hide with its naturally hollow hair structure keeps you reliably warm; underneath, a silicone-coated base keeps moisture and slipping at bay. Just put it down, sit down, and stay warm and dry.

The Sit Pad's your best mate when…

You're done choosing between a warm backside and dry trousers on the deer stand.
You want a seat pad that won't soak through on wet grass or cold stone, whatever the forecast says.
You love compact gear that still takes a beating out there and never gives up.

The underside that makes the difference.

A piece of hide on cold stone or wet wood turns unpleasant fast – damp, slippery, clammy. The silicone-coated underside changes that: it keeps moisture out, insulates against the cold from below, and stays put even on smooth or sloped surfaces.

Silicone-Coated Underside

Small enough for your pack, big enough for your backside.

At 30 x 40 cm, it's exactly the size that comes along everywhere: in your backpack, in the car, tucked under your arm on the way to the stand. No bulky extra gear, just a small format with a big effect the moment you need it – and it disappears just as fast when you don't.

30 x 40 cm

Lapland on top, technology underneath.

Reindeer hair is naturally hollow, which insulates better than most materials that had to be invented for the job. That natural warmth now sits between you and any cold surface – whether it's a deer stand, a stone bench, or the forest floor.

Natural Insulation

Because we know exactly how cold, wet trousers feel.

We don't develop our gear at a desk, but on the deer stand, by the lake, and out on trips through Finnish Lapland. The cold stone bench, the wet forest floor, the stand after three hours of rain – we know the problem firsthand. So now there's a fix for it.
